How do I download the app? +

CityRide is available on the App Store and Google Play. Search "CityRide" or tap the Download App button at the top of this page.

Which cities do you serve? +

We're live in Riga, Vilnius and Tallinn, with more Baltic cities rolling out through 2026.

How does pricing work? +

Every fare is shown up-front before you confirm. Distance, time, surge and any platform fee are itemised on your receipt — no hidden charges.

What payment methods are supported? +

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and in-app wallet top-ups. Cash payments are supported on selected rides.

How do I become a CityRide driver? +

Tap "Become a driver" above, install the driver app, and complete the onboarding checklist. Verified drivers can go online the same week.

Can I send a parcel without being there? +

Yes — book a Parcel ride, add the recipient's phone number, and we'll coordinate pickup and drop-off directly with them.
